1.1 These terms & conditions apply for the sales confirmed via the website
1.2 These terms & conditions set out the terms between you the customer and us the website owner.
1.3 Your use of this website and any service contained within constitutes acceptance of these terms & conditions in full.
1.4 You should not use this website if you do not accept with these terms & conditions in full.

2.1 Check out: Once your selection is done, you should go to check-out
2.2 Username & password: if you are already a customer of, you should use your username & password. If you are a new customer, you should fill in the registration form to create your account.
2.3 Delivery address: You should fill in the delivery address if different to your invoicing address. If your delivery address is the same as your invoicing address, you should just confirm.
2.4 Payment method: we accept payment by credit or debit cards Visa, MasterCard, Euro card, Aurore, American Express. We usually debit your card with the amount of the ordered items on despatch of the order.
2.5 All payment transactions are secured with the information you transmit encrypted using 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.
2.6 When you place an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email from us to confirm your order. Your order constitutes an offer made to us to purchase the goods specified in the order.  Your offer is only accepted by us once we have emailed you to confirm the dispatch of your order.
2.7 On confirmation of the order, ensures the conformity of the order and carry out any checks necessary. Proof of address or identity may be requested on certain orders.

3.1 All orders received by us are shipped by the French mail service, la Poste to the delivery address you  specified.  Standard delivery time to the UK & Southern Ireland is 3 to 8 days. 
3.2 Delivery charges include charges related to the order preparation, the packaging and the delivery. They are standard charges that can have a fixed cost and a cost depending on the number of items ordered.  We cannot group separate orders and therefore delivery charges will be charged for each separate order.
3.3 Delivery time includes the preparation of the order and the time for delivery
3.4 All orders received by us are shipped subject to availability and generally within 10 days. However Chronoprint cannot be held responsible for delay linked to delivery or stock shortage. We reserve the right to ship products at a later date (up to 28 days after purchase) where the product ordered is not in stock at the time of purchase.
3.5 The recipient of the product is responsible for all customs duties or tariffs incurred in the country to which the products are delivered. Furthermore your order may be subject to delay or be opened and searched by local customs authorities when entering the destination country. Chronoprint will not be held responsible for destruction or delay when entering the recipient’s country. 
3.6 cannot be held responsible for disruption to delivery caused by industrial disputes or action outside our direct control.

As long as the book ‘How to cook fresh vegetables simply nowadays’ is available online and the price stated, it can also be ordered online.

5.1 Prices are in pounds sterling and exclude delivery charges.
5.2 The price for the order is to be paid in its entirety in one-off payment when placing the order.
5.3 All orders are invoiced in pound sterling and payable in pound sterling
5.4 We reserve the right to alter all products pricing without notice.
5.5 The recipient of the product is responsible for all customs duties or tariffs incurred in the country to which the products are shipped. 

The books provided by Chronoprint are brand new and certified against any faults at the time of despatch.

7.1 We take your privacy seriously. We only use your mandatory details for the purpose of managing your order and the other details to know you better. Under no circumstances will your details be passed to any third party unless required to do so by law.
7.2 You have the right to access and amend or retain any personal data related to you. Just contact us (mentioning your name, surname, address and email address) in writing to Chronoprint, 51 rue du Dronckaert, 59960 Neuville en Ferrain.
7.3 Chronoprint uses some cookies on your computer’s hard drive. They do not contain private information related to you.

We will not be responsible to you for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control (industrial action, flooding, fire…)

The foregoing paragraphs, sub-paragraphs and clauses of these terms & conditions shall be read and construed independently of each other. Should any part of this agreement or its paragraphs, sub-paragraphs or clauses be found invalid it shall not affect the remaining paragraphs, sub-paragraphs and clauses.

Failure by us to enforce any accrued rights under these terms & conditions is not to be taken as or deemed to be a waiver of those rights by us unless we acknowledge the waiver in writing.
